The entire production process is carried out within the company:from the extrusion of the bristles to the molding of the plastic backing, from the feathering of the fibers to the realization of the shafts, each step is carried out following strict protocols that ensure the high final quality of the product. Each brush is then checked and hand-sewn by a team of expert operators.
CONTOUR Shape
Brushes with differentiated length bristles that allow you to easily wash even vehicles with very accentuated edges or with very different shapes (such as tank trucks). The long bristles penetrate effectively into the inlets while the short ones (in yellow in the photo) make up the body of the brush and regulate its sinking and stability on the bodywork.

Assembly
All the traditional brushes (PE, PP, PA, FAVAFIL) are hand sewn on model X and model F special backing. The modular band system, assembled on special aluminium profiled pipes, allows brushes fast assembly and ensures its perfect endurance. The brushes come in different shapes and sizes. They are perfectly suitable for any kind of system.
FAQ
Thanks to their strong washing power, traditional brushes are particularly recommended for industrial washing (truck, bus, train wash, in tunnel, gantry or mono-brush equipment) where the square shapes of vehicles and the stubborn dirt make proper surface washing hard.
To reduce plastic sediment as typical of polyethylene fibres, more “refined” materials such as Polypropylene and Nylon can be used as they considerably reduce such risk. Moreover, for even better results, FAVAFIL is the brand new bristle, capable of combining smoothness, reliability and incredible washing power in just one product.
Traditional brushes can be installed on any type of gantry or tunnel system. Furthermore, as Favagrossa offers customized solutions, they can be produced in various densities, shapes and colors, to satisfy any type of request.
The brushes must be periodically cleaned with only specific chemical products (CLEANING LINE by Favagrossa), following recommended modalities and doses. In fact, regular use of low quality products can cause irreparable damages to the brushes, deforming them up to make them useless. In any case, the brushes should be plentifully rinsed with fresh water (no high pressure) before and after using chemical products for cleaning them.
