Some systems, whether tunnels or roll-over, are initially equipped with felt brushes whereas others need some precautions in order to use such material. In the first case there is no contraindication with assembling Favagrossa cloth brushes, in the second one, instead, we recommend to turn to a technician or to Favagrossa staff to evaluate whether to install cloth and which technical precautions to take.
Favagrossa cloth brushes are made on patented elements, flexible belts or solid rings, easily assemblable on any type car wash systems. The procedure can be easily carried out by the end user thanks to a simple fixing system with screws or rivets, but it is recommended to turn to a technician for possible adjustments/calibrations of the system.
The F-CLOTH brushes must be cleaned periodically with chemical products, using top quality products (CLEANING LINE by Favagrossa) and following recommended modalities and doses. In fact, using low quality products can cause irreparable damages to the brushes, deforming them up to make them useless. In any case, the brushes should be plentifully rinsed in lukewarm water (no high pressure) before and after using chemical products for cleaning them.
