CLEANING LINE products for car wash Brushes
STEP 1: CLEANER
Formulated for periodic cleaning of brushes, this product, thanks to its particular technical characteristics, effectively removes all types of dirt normally accumulated in a car wash system (limestone, iron, rust, algae, wax and shampoo deposits). Applicable on any type of brush, this cleaner guarantees optimal results even on the most persistent dirt.
USE: can be used concentrated (for stubborn dirt) or diluted with water, this product must be sprayed directly on the brushes to be treated, which must be completely dry, left to act for about 5 minutes and then washed off with cold or lukewarm water (not with a high pressure). The result will be immediate and your brushes will look like new.
Periodicity: approximately every 2-3 months, depending on the condition of the brushes.
STEP 2: ANTI-ALGAE
Designed to prevent the formation of algae and mold on brushes that work in closed and particularly humid places such as car wash tunnels or garages, this innovative product creates an antibacterial protective barrier that captures bacteria, preventing their proliferation.
USE: This product must be sprayed on the (perfectly dry) walls of the car wash adjacent to the brushes to be treated. Once deposited, this protective film will begin its antibacterial action.
Periodicity: about once a month, to be evaluated depending on the use and the state of the system (very hot and humid environments facilitate the proliferation of algae)

Using the Favagrossa CLEANING LINE. cleaning product for car wash brushes, it is possible to thoroughly clean all types of dirt and encrustations on the bristles. Limescale, algae, shampoo and wax residues and any other type of dirt can be quickly removed by following the methods and doses indicated on the product sheet.
The cleaning of the brushes with chemical detergents must be carried out periodically using only quality products (CLEANING LINE by Favagrossa) and respecting the recommended instructions and doses. In fact, the use of poor quality products can cause irreparable damage to the brushes, varying their characteristics and making them practically unusable. In any case, the brushes should be plentifully rinsed in lukewarm water (NO high pressure) before and after using chemical products for cleaning them.
Using Step 2 of the CLEANING LINE by Favagrossa it is possible to prevent the formation and proliferation of molds and algae on the car wash system and on the brushes, while maintaining cleaner and healthier environments.
