How to take care of your car wash brushes ?

The accumulation of impurities, waxes, limestone and the formation of algae are a common problem in car wash facilities but, in the long run, affect the correct operation of the brushes and cause them to wear quickly. This is why Favagrossa has developed CLEANING LINE, a series of specific chimical products reserved for brush maintenance to guarantee optimal cleaning results to the operator even after thousands of washing cycles.

STEP 1, sprayed directly onto the brushes (completely dry) and left to work for a few minutes before rinsing, ensures quick and effective cleaning of the bristles.

It is important to underline that a correct maintenance must be carried out periodically at regular intervals, in order to avoid excessive accumulations of impurities on the bristles, and above all in case of inactivity of the car wash for long periods.

STEP 2, ideal for tunnels or portals positioned indoors in particularly humid places, should instead be sprayed regularly on the walls near the car wash brushes.
This product creates an antibacterial barrier that prevents the growth of algae and bacteria, keeping the environment healthy and free from unpleasant smells.

STEP 1 and STEP 2 are sold in convenient disposable tanks suitable for the treatment of an entire set of brushes (one horizontal and two vertical) and their use is recommended at least once every three to five months, depending on the state of the system.
